A: We offer a solution for all of your mobility and home-health safety related needs. We also offer free home assessments to help you decide what products will be beneficial for you or a loved one to remain safe and independent.

Q: Do you service and repair the products you sell?
A: Yes, as a matter of fact, we are one of the few companies in San Diego that services all products. If you have a product from another company, we can still help you. Did you also know that if Medicare paid for your equipment, they will also pay for all the repairs?
Q: Do you bill Insurance?
A: Yes, if you have straight Medicare Part B insurance, Medi-CAL, or PPO Private Insurance, we are able to bill them for many of your equipment needs. We are an "assigned" provider which means we are a preferred dealer with Medicare. We also have contracts with several other agencies. Please contact us to find out if we can assist you.
Q: How do I know if I qualify for the equipment I want?
A: We are weLC-versed in Medicare laws, protocol, and eligibility criteria. Contact me anytime and I can let you know what you may qualify for and what is available based on your equipment history and current condition.
